The SWOOD Library Installer is a tool that enables users to update their library items and download the most recent versions of components anytime they wish. You can easily find the right model by searching for component items by type (frames, drawers, hinge, front, runner, etc.) and specific criteria (suppliers, ranges, versions, etc.). Once you have found the desired component, you can select it and download it with just a single click. The downloaded component will then be added to your SWOOD library.
SWOOD Library Installer is an evolving tool that caters to the needs of users by providing them with the latest products from industry suppliers. It strives to give users access to a broad range of hardware components and ensures compatibility with CAD-CAM as all machining is embedded for each component reference.
How to use HETTICH AvanTech YOU drawers in your SWOOD projects?
To access the latest version of all available components, open the Library Installer. Use the filter in the interface to find the HETTICH AvanTech You drawers and click on download. Once the download is complete, return to the SWOOD interface and the library will be updated with the new components, ready to use.
When you insert a drawer into your model or project, the configuration best suited to the context will be applied automatically. All range options and component specifications are integrated, allowing you to modify desired parameters such as color, materials, reference, etc.
As a parametric solution, if you modify the model (dimensions, front size, number of drawers, etc.), a simple rebuild will automatically adapt the configuration and machining of the components. This way, intelligent components enable faster and more reliable design of complex projects, following HETTICH drawer usage recommendations.
At the final stage of the design process, SWOOD’s reporting feature will provide you with part numbers and quantities of hardware and materials used, etc. This feature combines all the details of the components used in your assembly in documents.
